Thank you for coming to book a Fire Door Repair appointment as per the notice/flyer on your door (scroll down for booking appointments and adding your details)
Please ensure you have read about issues around Fibre Broadband cables and either had it relocated before booking appointment or accept that the contractor can not take responsibility for any damage to the cable if directly fixed to the architrave. You can read more by clicking here
Instructions:
- Please complete your personal details below
- Please select a day (appointments are 8am and 12pm).
- Add any notes you feel are relevant, and then click “Submit.”
Please note the 12 pm appointment requires some flexibility. They will arrive from 12pm, but could be up to 1:30pm (all depends how the repair in the morning has gone, some take longer than others). They will come and knock to advise of approximate time if not starting at 12pm.
There are sufficient slots available to complete all apartment doors by 18th July 2025. So it is important you book a slot now.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking time and a reminder the day before.
As previously advised, if your fibre broadband cable has been run down the architrave of the door, you need to ensure you have an open reach to move it in advance. Otherwise, there is the possibility of damage when engineers which they can not be held accountable for.
