To fulfil our obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022, The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and The Higher-Risk Buildings (Management of Safety Risks etc) (England) Regulations 2023 and associated guidance, we are conducting a resident engagement survey.
This survey is crucial in helping us understand your individual needs and circumstances, which will enable us to tailor our safety procedures and communications effectively.
This survey covers topics such as:
- Your household composition
- Any specific needs you or your household members may have during an emergency
- Your preferred communication methods for safety information
- How you would like to be involved in safety-related decision-making
